MANNROTH GmbH & Co. KG is respecting the confidentiality of your data, in particular your right to get informed about your personal data stored. You decide which personal data we receive and how we will process and use these data. All our staff is obliged to keep these data entirely confidential.
For us are e.g. the following regulations binding; the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG), the act for Datenschutz bei Telediensten (TDDSG) and the Telekommunikations- und Datenschutzverordnung (TDSV).

MANNROTH GmbH & Co. KG is collecting statistical data about log files of each website. Also stored will be the type of computer used, the used internet browser and internet provider, date and time of access and error messages. Those date is ownly gathered for internal use and has no relation to an individual person.
Via our web-portal MANNROTH GmbH & Co. KG will only collect und use personal data if you have prior to it voluntarily agreed to its use by written consent. Your data like name, age, gender, post address is required in order to create one of the services you were requesting. In this case, MANNROTH GmbH & Co. KG will process your data electronically.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing and usage in the future at any in line with § 3 pass. 6 of the TDDSG. For this purpose please send us a mail with your address, date of birth and e-mail-address. We will immediately delete your data entirely as long as we are not enforced to store your data by law in the context of customer data and contracts.
We do not sell or lease any personal data to individuals or companies. Its internal usage may only happen for marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter).
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers can withdraw their order in line with the current rules and regulations. For this purpose it is sufficient that consumers withdraw their order in writing (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail). The consent for the data processing can be withdrawn at any time for the future.

Third parties may only use, print and copy its content for their personal use. Any manipulation, multiplication and distribution or publication of the website or parts of it, on or offline requires written authorization of MANNROTH GmbH & Co. KG.
